Deleted — immediately and permanently
- Your account details (name and email address)
- Your pet profiles (name, species, weight and notes)
- Your saved meal plans
- Your reminder preferences
- Your push notification subscriptions
Kept — and for how long
- Anonymised platform security and audit logs, kept briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes
- Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics that are no longer linked to you
Nothing else is retained. We keep no copy of your account or its data.
